On the Road Again

After more than two years filled with virtual industry engagement, the Websoft Developers Team has embraced the full return to in-person conferences in 2022. In April, Websoft exhibited at the California Water Environment Association (CWEA) Annual Conference in Sacramento. The conference provided opportunities to meet with existing clients face-to-face and introduce prospective customers to Websoft’s mapping, asset management and data integration solutions.

In the same month, Websoft exhibited at the California-Nevada Section of the American Water Works Association (CA-NV AWWA) Spring Conference in Anaheim. Websoft showcased MobileMMS, its mobile maintenance management system in the Exhibition Hall and participated in networking events to engage with industry stakeholders.

In June, Websoft staff attended the CWEA-sponsored 2022 Pretreatment, Pollution Prevention and Stormwater Conference (P3S) conference in Long Beach. With more than 100 agencies represented, the event offered technical sessions and valuable professional networking opportunities with stakeholders in one of the company’s largest target markets - wastewater and stormwater management organizations.

Websoft will attend the Tri-State Seminar in Las Vegas from August 8-11. Organized by Arizona Water, CWEA, and the Nevada Water Environment Association, the three day seminar focuses on educational opportunities for water and wastewater operators across the Western US. The event showcases new technology and improvements in infrastructure management tools. The Websoft Team will give three unique presentations on topics related to managing service networks with the company's map-based solutions.

Websoft’s presentation on Wednesday morning of the Tri-State Seminar is titled, Managing Real-Time Customer Service Requests in a Mobile, Map-Based Software Solution. On Thursday morning, Websoft will introduce capabilities for managing cross-connection control testing in a presentation titled, Backflow Test Tracking Management Software Implementation. Later in the afternoon on Thursday, Websoft will present on how the MobileMMS software can be used to manage sewer system assets in a presentation titled, Collection System Management Using a Mobile, Map-Base Software System.

October 2-5, the Municipal Information Systems Association of California (MISAC) hosts its annual conference in Monterey. Alongside more than 500 attendees, Websoft will participate in break out sessions and speaker events designed to showcase experiential learnings from solution providers and end users in the information technology space.
